Mine Safety Manager

Craig is a career Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Manager with a combined 32 years of domestic and international experience in Mining, Heavy Construction, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Military and Private Contracting. Prior to joining the Sandfire Resources America Team, Craig spent several years as a Health, Safety and Security Manager with WorleyParsons in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Previous experiences include serving as Director of Safety with TICW-The Industrial Company Wyoming and Safety Management with JS Redpath in Pogo AK, Metaline Falls, WA and the Arizona One Project in AZ. Craig also worked in Development and Production mining in Pogo AK, Stillwater Mine MT, and Queenstake Resources NV.

Craig also served 16 years in the US Navy; 6 years active Duty and 10 years Reserves and has forward deployed to Iraq with Mobile Inshore/Undersea Warfare Unit 104, Naval Coastal Warfare Group One. Craig hails from the small town of Checkerboard MT, a scant 20 miles from the Sandfire America Resources office in White Sulphur Springs.
